Tracking an Order

Please Note:

You can choose not to accept an item on the spot (for example in the unlikely case that it was the wrong item). It is not possible to open products bearing a manufacturer’s seal and to return them on the spot. If there is a problem, please follow our return policy & we will support you.

Orders shipped overseas may incur an extra international customs fee automatically calculated on checkout.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Contact our customer service on 0704298014 (WhatsApp/Call) to initiatea return within 15 days after delivery / collection. Eligible reasons wrong, damaged, defective, incomplete, or wrong-size items.

(Ensure items are reported within the shortest time possible to facilitate an easy return process).

The Comfys Care team will evaluate and resolve any issues that can be sorted without a return.

Where a return is warranted, the process is as follows:

1. Place the item(s) in the original packaging, including any accessories or freebies. Refund will only be processed if the product is in its original packaging and the item is in no way tampered with.

2. Address packaging to Comfys Care, KP offices, no. 26 Milimani Road including our contact number (0704298014) and drop at one of our delivery agents.

3. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 10 business days via voucher or bank transfer depending on your selected option.
