Ofelos is a story of personal struggle turned commercial venture. Having suffered from diabetes since 1990, and struggling to find treats that are diabetic-friendly, their founder, Dr. (PhD) Gerasimos Fourlanos, tried his hand at treats suitable for diabetics.
